Authentic Leader-Manager – Level 1

One of the most important principles of leadership development is authenticity. Even though authenticity in leadership at its most basic form is being true to yourself, the notion goes so much deeper. An important practice of authenticity that many leaders struggle with is being true with others. In the work place, managers and leaders are too proud to admit they have limitations and do not always know the answers. This causes them to put up filters and pretend to always be competent even when they are stuck.

So how does authenticity help? By ongoingly increasing self-awareness and transparency about our strengths and limitations, it allows us to fill knowledge gaps and increase our trust with others. Our AUTHENTIC Leader-Manager (Level 1) course will take you on a journey of self-discovery about your own authentic leadership style, as well as how to improve your ability to lead others.
