Leader-Managers are key to an organisation’s success because they are responsible for ensuring execution of strategic plans and they are the primary catalysts for ensuring team performance. By definition a high performing organisation has high performing Leader-Managers.
We provide a holistic, tailored and detailed Leader-Manager curriculum to develop Leader-Managers at all levels, from junior managers, through middle and functional managers, to senior and executive managers.
Our Leader-Manager courses are usually spread over a 4-6 month period and include a 15-day modular action learning process with ongoing assessments and assignments. One-on-one coaching is also integral, at all stages, to the learning process and this, coupled with our EXECUTION workshops, ensures maximum transfer of knowledge and competency back to the work environment.
